Groups & School Bookings

Birthday parties, school excursions, team-building, youth and community groups - up to 50 people. Sessions run 60-90 minutes, supervising adults climb free, and digital waivers go to parents beforehand. No experience needed.

Good to know

The fine print

When do member discounts kick in?
Members' discounts (gear, hire, clinics) start after 5 weeks of membership. Everything else is yours from day one.
Can I freeze my membership?
Weekly rolling memberships can be frozen (minimum 2 weeks) - great for holidays, injuries or a busy stretch. Just let us know. Fixed-term 3, 6 and 12-month packages run for their full term.
How do guest passes work?
You get one guest pass per month of your membership - so 3 on a 3-month, 6 on a 6-month, 12 on a 12-month. Bring a friend along free.
What about concession & kids pricing?
Concession covers students, seniors and health-care card holders - just show ID at each renewal. Concession and kids rates are available in-gym. Under-12s climb with a guardian on site.
Are passes & memberships refundable?
10-passes and memberships are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable - all sales are final. Memberships and 10-passes require a photo on file.
